A convenient Midtown hotel for business travelers, with "high-quality amenities", "spacious suites" and a "soothing spa", this "reliable" lodging is "big on style"; even if the elevators can be "slow" and there "aren't many food choices", that "pillow menu is cool" and the staff is both "friendly and helpful."

Public space is nice.
Beds are about 5 feet away from door, and the hallway is way too loud.

This hotel is great, except for the fact that it's so loud you can't get a proper nights sleep. Beds are 5 feet away from the door and there is no sound insulation from the hallway.

Location was good.
Terrible room service (ask for a spoon to stir the coffee , which never came).

For a 4 star hotel, I expected more. Dirty coffee cups in the room. I expected free WiFi , not having to pay $13.95 for 24 hours of use. Annoying cleaning service. Left a do not disturb sign on door. But kept disturbing me at the door and through the phone, waked me up at 9 am , 10 am , and 12 pm just so they can clean the room. That was our 1st night. While loading to leave on Sunday, had to double park to get my bags into the car, nearly got a parking ticket. The bellhop didn't even help out with the meter maid. He could of said something like "they are checking out , They were staying here." I am sure the meter lady would of left. But,
I had to explain the whole thing , then jump into the car and circle the block so
I wouldn't get a ticket. This has to be the worst 4 star.

Location to Grand Central Station and general location.

Room was clean, and nicely appointed. Bathroom was clean and had a great shower. I would stay here again, no question.
